Leaving Easter Island we stopped in Tahiti and then proceeded to Samoa. In doing so we crossed the date line (although still in west longitude). Suddenly it was Nov 7. Our stay in Samoa was just overnight to break up the otherwise long flight from Easter Island to Australia.
Since this was a brief stay I do not have a lot of activity pictures. Thus here are some additional pictures of the hotel
In the morning of the 8th we had an option to do additional tours. Carrie decided to swim. I went to the Women's Collective so I could see more of the island.
Once our visit was done we headed to the airport to meet our plane for the 6 hr 40 min flight to Australia.
